Private's marketing department is currently looking for two part-time interns interested in starting an exciting career and enhancing their knowledge and experience both in online and offline marketing. Requirements ·

Currently enrolled in a degree programme (Bachelor's, diploma, Master's) in Barcelona·
Creative writing skills·
Excellent communication skills·
Self motivate and enthusiastic team player·
Computer literate ( Word, Excel, PPT)Duties
- Create hype for big movie releases with mailout teasers
- Inform clients when www.privatereleases.com is updated
- Writing DVD sales arguments and mail out to distributors
- Brainstorming ideas for consumer, B2B, B2C promotions
- Deal with requests directly from retailers for POS
- Market research
- Press (on & offline)
- Devising press gifts
- Compiling press releases
- Mailing out screeners & hi res images
- Writing press feature sheets and place different monthly story angles to push, e.g. interviews with stars, directors, photoset placements, consumer competitions, news stories
- Follow up journalists to confirm coverage
- Update forthcoming coverage document
- Arranging and attending meetings with relevant journalists
- Updating press list contacts

Ad placement- Obtain media kits for target magazines
- Placement of strategic advertising in selected titles
- Maintaining marketing event calendar
- Booking relevant advertising in show guides
- Organising relevant events/trade shows
- Designing exhibition stand, briefing designers for relevant artwork (if relevant)
- Arranging screeners for events
- Creation of goodie bags & merchandise giveaways
- Compile press kits for journalists
- Arrange press interviews at the event
- Attend events
